Pricing

• All prices are listed exclusive of shipping, handling, and applicable taxes.

 

•  International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

 

• Full payment is required prior to processing. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, Open Fields Gallery & Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, inaccuracies, or unforeseen availability issues.

 

Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout or provided upon request.

 

•  Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier, and customs procedures. While we work with trusted shipping partners, Open Fields Gallery & Studio is not responsible for delays or disruptions outside of our control.

Holds and Reservations

All artworks are original and one of a kind. As such, we are unable to place items on hold or reserve works. Availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

• All artwork sales are final. Due to the fragile nature of each piece, items may be susceptible to damage during transit if not handled or packaged properly. As such, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on artwork. Customers are strongly encouraged to review their orders carefully prior to completing a purchase.

 

• For all other merchandise, returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date. While refunds are not issued, eligible returns will receive store credit. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

 

• Orders may be canceled within 24 to 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. Requests made after this window may not be eligible for cancellation.

Condition and Representation

We take great care to represent each artwork accurately through imagery and description. However, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to screen differences and the handcrafted nature of the work.

Artwork Care

Our works are created using natural and carefully selected materials. To preserve their integrity, we recommend avoiding direct sunlight, excessive humidity, and extreme temperature changes. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth and handle with care. Should you have any questions regarding the care of a specific piece, we are always happy to assist.

 

Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content, including artworks, imagery, text, and design elements, remains the property of Open Fields Gallery & Studio and/or the respective artists, and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.The purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. All rights, including reproduction, distribution, publication, and the creation of derivative works, are retained by Open Fields Gallery & Studio and/or the artist.We kindly ask that no content be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial or public purposes without prior written permission. Approved uses, such as editorial features, must include appropriate credit.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Open Fields Gallery & Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of any artworks.
