Shipping + Delivery 

 

• All purchased items must be inspected for damage within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery.

 

• Any damage must be reported to Open Fields Gallery & Studio immediately upon discovery.

 

• Open Fields Gallery & Studio is not responsible for any damage incurred during transit. Customers are required to report shipping damage promptly to initiate a claim with the carrier.

 

• All damaged items, original packaging, and packing materials must be retained in their entirety until the carrier’s inspection and the claim process have been fully completed. Failure to preserve these materials may result in denial of the claim.
